Does it make me a bad mom...?

Does it make me a bad mom if my son has 6 cavities? Today Daniel had his second set of fillings, this time he went to the children's dentist, there they gave him a little gas to make it go easier. The first time was at the regular dentist and he did great, but he did not really know what was going to happen. When we went back to the regular dentist for the 2nd set of fillings, he now knew what was going on and would not hold still, he didn't cry or anything, they were even able to numb him up, but he was very fidgety, so they said "no", he must go to the children's dentist, so there we are today. He did great, they had to go all the way down to the root and cap one of them, he is so brave. He is numb and a little out of it now, but what a big boy!!!

No, it doesn't make you a bad mom, but I'm starting to feel a little badly as a grandma... What a brave boy--I have to say, his Uncle Isaac wasn't so brave when we made him go see "water water water" Dr. Dick in 1980! That one was later shut down for some kind of child endangerment deal I heard!

If you're a bad mom, so am I. Jonathan has 3 cavities, and I haven't made an appt. yet to have them filled. He has no fear yet, but mommy does. Poor little Danimal. He looks so sweet in that picture-such a brave boy.
